Hai everyone -
Just a quick note to say that since the mid of December there have been many changes at The Love Police HQ here in London. Half the operation got moved out to Bedfordshire, where Harvey took on the existing computer and upgraded it so that we could edit the HD footage of Newcastle – but this was around the same time he was finishing work on the website. He’s done an incredible job, putting together the cveitch.org and thelovepolice.eu all by himself in just a few weeks, which is quite an achievement.
Things haven’t been so smooth down my end. I felt elated when I managed to buy a 2nd hand PC for £280, 4GB Ram, Quad Core AMD running at 2.2GHZ. 512MB 9500GTS graphics card, just the sort of good shit you need to edit HD footage and have the time to render it effectively.
Well, let me just say that the Love Police has been “dancing with pirates”, and as such there is no tech support when one re-installs XP over Vista without first deleting Vista. Doh! Secondly, the blue screen of death appears ONLY when you try and upload stuff to Youtube. Not much of a problem, except that the only fucking thing I need to do now is get it onto Youtube!
Alas, things are being held up by the little machine-elf mischievously screwing up my new (old?) computer.
If the Dutch film (our first feature length, coming in at a whopping 80minutes woohoo!) is not up by tomorrow night for all to see then I will commit ritualistic hari-kiri with a blunt bread-knife and post my pathetic suicide live via webcam.
So, when you are wondering where the hell the videos are, know that I am wrestling hard, dawn to dusk!

grrr shame i live up in the north west or id be there 4 sure. I hope to come see you guys in action sometime tho. I appreciate how much you put yourselves at risk to spread your message – as your video “shutdown of love at Canary Dwarf” has shown so well.
